Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Nope! All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because of a contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything. After that, data is securely deleted per our data retention policy.
How does the AI Add-on work?
AI is sold in two bundle sizes: Starter ($7 for 50 messages + 25 pages) and Standard ($12 for 100 messages + 50 pages). Organization plans include 50 AI messages/month at no extra cost. You can purchase additional bundles as needed during the month.
Can I add the AI Add-on to the Free plan?
Yes. AI Bundles (both Starter and Standard) are available to all plans, including Free.
Do you offer annual billing?

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, Row Level Security for data isolation, and AWS Cognito for authentication. Your data is never shared between organizations.
Can I try paid features before committing?
Yes! Individual plan users get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
